Portfolio companies reviewed

Each year, a sample of approximately a third of the population of portfolio companies is reviewed by PwC for compliance with the disclosure requirements. Once a company comes into scope, it is reviewed in the first year of its inclusion.

Through annual sampling, the PERG aims to ensure that all portfolio companies are reviewed at least once every three years and will continue with its policy of re-reviewing companies where the reporting does not comply with the Guidelines.
